Just finishing up another bottle of this so wanted to re-review since years ago. This is a delight if you can find it. Nose and palate sweet and creamy with melted butterscotch, toasty oak and hint of red apple skin. This is like butter rum lifesavers and has a succulent smoothness elevating it above others in price range with a 10 yr age statement to boot. Has become much harder to find and scalped on the secondary but just as Blantons not truly worth those crazy prices. Regular price of low $30s is a smokin deal for very enjoyable bourbon.....89/100.... Happy hunting!

Crazy how much this went up over the years. My first bottle cost me $35 2-3 years ago. Now places by me are charging $50 and up if you can find it.
ButterRum Lifesavers! Yes! Perfect description of that Sweet/Buttery/Leathery note I get from BT
@PBMichiganWolverine Haha. Sorry for the fake out.
$40 at the distillery now and you can only buy one every three months and that's if they happen to have it. The distillery is on allocation just like everyone else.
@skillerified damn. When I first read your comment, I thought Giants beat the Eagles. I was watching the game until it was Eagles 21 to Giants 0, since it seemed over by then.
EAGLE DOWN!
