A rock solid bourbon with every piston firing. Lovely sweet corn forward nose, with light oak. The flavor is well balanced with the 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley mashbill. Just enough rye spice to keep things interesting. The aging is young, yet has imparted enough wood to infuse the spirit with a vivacious oakiness. We really enjoy this and would defintiely recommend as one of your “go-to” bottles for cocktails and shots. Speaking of the bottle, we appreciate the honeycomb effect of the glass.
