Aroma: its a sweet blend of soft maple, faint sweet corn, oak and earthy notes linger in it’s depths.
Taste: semi sweet with light maple tastes. Delicate corn, earthy and oak flavors with hints of tobacco. Honestly I felt it tasted more like turpentine. Harsh burning in the throat. Hard to swallow.
Finish: long lingering, with overtones of maple.
72 Mile bourbon is definitely one I do NOT recommend. I would not give this to my worst enemy. Will never try again.
