Their single barrels seem to be well reviewed, and the price was right. These consistently beat out more expensive bourbon's, and actually swayed me from buying a Baker's 7 bottle! Sweetness on the nose, and a caramel, sugary vanilla palate. Medium length, spicy, numbing finish. Drinks it's proof, but doesn't become overwhelming. Purchased: 2/16/2023
