Nose: Oak, sweet mint, crisp red apple. Palate: Nice mouthfeel. Vanilla and brown sugar most prominent, like a Crème Brûlée. Finish: An immediate spicy peppery punch on the swallow which quickly mellows leaving some softer vanilla notes with oak on the aftertaste.
