I love Bittermens Amère Nouvelle. It's bittersweet, with an underlying bitter orange flavor, complimented by honey, quinine, and warm spices. Currently one of my favorite drinks to sip neat. I'm looking forward to trying this in an 8-Amaro Sazerac.
