Nose was sweet, but not overpowering. Palate on the first sip was peaty. With additional sips it becomes smoother with less burn. Giving it a few moments on the tongue lets the buttery flavor come out. Finishes with some smoke. Well balanced and enjoyable. Gets better with each sip.
