Nose: Butterscotch, baked spice cake
Palate: Carmel, vanilla hints that quickly transitions to spice and some char
Finish: A medium finish that lingers a little bit on the tongue with a pretty sweet profile
If Maker's Mark is your classic wheated bourbon, then Wyoming Whiskey is its frontier cousin. It has classic bourbon notes but with more of an cowboy edge. An enjoyable sipper but it is a little rough around the edges.
