Nose: Slight heather notes with soft vanilla and pink lady apples. An aniseed waft of Junee’s licorice factory with sugar.
Palate: Malt and grass with biscuity overtones
Finish: A young, short finish with soight bitterness
Comments: This reminds me of a fresh, clean and untouched spring. No dirtiness, no funk. A great gateway scotch for newbies.
