Neat. Lovely mahogany color. Aroma of rich molasses, oak, vanilla, and dried fruits with hints of baking spice. Taste is sweet, rich, lots of oak and vanilla, with molasses, fruit (dried along with banana) and spices. Finish is long with oak tannins and vanilla. Solid taste and great value. Bourbon lovers would enjoy this. It would also be great in a rum cake
