It initially start soft with typical wheated bourbon nose, then suddenly it waft into almost like chocolate covered almond ball candies. That mingling of waxy milk chocolate note is unmistakable. The very first sip will give you a milk chocolate note of Hershey’s milk chocolate bars with its smooth creamy milk chocolate with a tinge of sourness that hugs your tastebuds. The nutty almond like flavors are only noticeable in the finish. The waxy mouthfeel begin in the mid palate and lingers in the finish for a minute or two. The oakiness is very slight and won’t hinder your journey at all. Almost unbelievably smooth and light, but at the same time it brings about a heavy rich flavor in the middle that melts away to the finish. It’s almost of a shame that this is a one time very limited release.
