5.6.23
Served: Neat, Rocks Glass
Last intake: Pineau de Charentes
Aroma: Overwhelmingly stone fruit. Much like peach rings.
Flavor: Ginseng, rhubarb fruitiness, grappa tannins. Chamomile-style florals.
Certainly unique. Would love to try mixing with it in a white negroni. Doesn't hold enough flavor to be the main flavor of a cocktail. More of an accent-adder like Salers than a powerhouse like campari or aperol. Pleasant enough to drink nestn, but I'm not rushing to the store for a bottle.
