A very pleasant surprise after finding a bottle of their 12-year (bought in 2021) to taste like it had been sweetened with added sugar. The 15 has a nice balance of vegetal Demurara only-a-little-sweetness and some spice at the absolute finish that almost calls to mind a good rye whiskey. If this is what El Dorado is putting into bottles now, I’m going to be getting more.
