I have gown to like this over time. Not overdone on the finish its a got plenty if spice on the palate which is definitely surprising for a wheated mashbill. Drinks proofier ( in a good way) than the stated proof you will definitely keep nosing this as lots of different tasting notes that come out including that subtle sherry finish . Pricey but well done.
