Nose: Zesty and green orchard fruits. Light honey and prominent cereal sweetness. Some floral and white wine notes.
Palate: A touch oily and rich. The flavour of sea air and milk chocolate digestive biscuits.
Finish: An initial musty woody spice that melts into a spicy sweet chocolate covered ginger. Dry with a slight aspirin finish. A stone fruit flavour appears on the aftertaste.
