Unusual nose. Kind of a sweet sawdust leather. Probably comes from the Rum barrel aging. Taste is sweet carmel with a bit of spicey burn. Overall is smooth with a touch of burn in mid palete. Leaves me confused if i really even like this. Flavor profile is definately an odd blend for a bourbon.
