This is a blend of 3 agaves, roasted with guamache and mesquite wood for 6 days. I get tropical aromas and some custard. Fruity palate, some berry, and slight earth. Light smoke on the finish, reminiscint of bbq. Aficionados selection. This might be my favorite of the 5S I've had.
