Nose: green apples, vanilla and sugar. The taste is everything you expect from a bourbon matured whisky. There is vanilla, caramel, sugar, citrus and a very faint oak that knocks at the door during the medium long finish along with some pear and charred wood. This is not the most complex dram but still is very well made and a great pleasure to have in the shelf and enjoy every now and then.

Happy to see this on your top shelf. At first it was just another bottle to try out, and it didn't make much of an impression. Eventually though I found my self thinking about. I would reach past much more expensive and we'll known bottles for this. It's just a great value and very solid scotch.
