Nose: Cherry and other stone fruits Palate: Carmel and vanilla Finish: Short but sweet Hancock’s is a very crushable pour that is a shining example of what bourbon is. However is it worth the proce and hype that comes woth finding it? Absolutely not. There are so many other bottles out there that achieve the same effect. At the end of the day it’s a simple bottle that does what it does well.
