It felt like this was barely aged and felt quite young and astringent. Loads of corn in various forms, but I just realized it felt a bit creamy/buttery most likely from the wheat. It had this sweetness that went back and forth from being splenda-like to being corn syrup like. Overall it wasn't horrible, but it definitely felt young and flawed.
