Buttercream, ethanol, and caramel on the nose. Fruit and oak on the palate, finish is a bit watery and weak for me. Overall, a nice blend. No specific grain is overly dominant, but if i had to wager a guess, id say its got corn, barley and a bit of rye in that order on the mashbill.
Wife got this as a gift and will enjoy working through this one. Curious where they are sourcing from - if anyone knows, let me know!
