Very fruity nose, apple and banana. Smells like a snack I would make for my 2 year old son. The fruits continue on the palate. Soft mouthfeel, no burn. Very sweet with honey and vanilla as well. Medium finish which is still sweet and very smooth. Banana cream pie. This is dessert in a dram and not in a bad way at all. This is the type of whiskey you lose your virginity to. Probably in more ways than one for many folks in Belfast.
