The infinite barrel project is one of the coolest things I’ve seen a whiskey company do. My particular bottle was wonderfully complex, reasonable heat, and, given a few minutes in the fresh air, drank like a rich, complex, & velvety whiskey. I thought $65 was a steal for the quality
