Pours as a lovely light gold and with a light, sweet nose full of honey and apple tinged fruit. Light medley of ginger, apple, toffee, and oak on the palate. Not particularly complex, but grows in warmth and fullness over the dram. Quick, evanescent finish might keep you coming back...
