Caramel and light peat nose. Very sweet off the hop, caramel, honey, raisins and the slightest hint of peat. Slight burn. Medium finish with more sweetness and a little smokiness. What can I say, a solid dram for the price. Probably the lightest peat I've tasted and would make a great starter for those dabbling in the peated world. Nothing special, but a small step above the average everyday malts.
