Neat. Beautiful deep copper color. Nose is red apple, slight cherry, baking spices, clight vanilla, oak, and char. Flavor is fruity apple/cherry, with dusty oak, baking spices, and a little vanilla. Nice dry finish with round sweetness and rye herbs (predominately sweet licorice) Overall a delicious rye that is quite sippable neat and at a great price
