Fantastic. Straight, notes of green mango, a slight musty funk. As it opens over ice a slight sweetness appears. Add just a touch of lime and Cointreau and it transforms into a ripe juicy fresh mango flavor; really remarkable. A shame it was a limited run. Makes the case for mangoes to be a more popular choice for distillation and to perhaps even have their own category.
