On the nose, complex woods, cereal and oatmeal notes. The rest is too complex for me to make out, but there is definitely more going on. On the palate it has strong grain flavors with slight accents of honey. It brings to mind Honey Nut Cheerios. Not at all unpleasant but nothing spectacular either. Very smooth and easy to drink.
