Colour is clear amber, very nice. This dram smells of marine notes, dry seaweed, toasted liquorice, a bit of citrus if water is added (but very light).
Tasting is like chopping a big salmiakki, but with some bitter dark chocolate. Finish is too much bitter, but also woody and ashy. On the bottom of the empty glass you'll find some graceful wood, liquorice notes, with a bit of citrus. Nice dram but definitely not my favorite from Islay
