Quite a spice and oaky nose. Lots of fruit too - apples and grapes. An intense spice hit on first taste. Salty, briney, and some pepper tones. But not too much as with some Islays. Some fudge and light sweetness. Brandy or sherry finish to it. A distinct one for sure.
