Opens up with a nice cherry note then takes you on a ride with some nice oak and maple and quickly follows is a nice rye spice. Some barrell char in there too. The finish takes you on a ride with the french oak staves and it lasts for days. This whiskey is complex and you can pull something different from it each time. The nose is just as beautiful as well. So good
