CN. While my covid nose is not 100%, my tasters are working pretty well. I can't quite pinpoint all the flavors yet, but I can say that the finish on this is amazing! The finish on this lasts almost 3-4 minutes! I pickup on the nuttiness most with a hint of coffee for a hot second. Allspice and nuts hang out on the backend for a long time which is pleasing! I don't get any ethanol burn in the nostrils and it's pretty easy to swallow. Even at a higher proof, this would be a great bourbon to sip on over an evening or around a campfire for awhile because the finish is so long and pleasing, you're spending a lot of time between sips.
