A very intriguing barrel-rested gin. Just a hint of traditional juniper notes, with sweet toffee notes and so much orange that it almost feels like there is Cointreau in this somehow. A great entry in the “cocktail in a bottle” caregory - that is, a single spirit that is complex enough to taste like a full cocktail.
