Extremely hot. With water you can get the proof to what you want. I like that. As a sipping whiskey I think it's a bit much.

Retasted this one. Same bottle. So sweet. Tasted original blanton and buffalo trace as well. Thick. Almost oily. Went from 3.5 to 4.5
