I had to special order this from BC along with a few other offerings from this small distillery.
They distill peach brandy and then infuse ripe peaches directly in before adding a bit of sugar to make it a liqueur.
It's like biting into the sweetest, juiciest peach that the Okanagan valley has to offer. Mixed with an oz of bourbon and some soda water it makes one of the best cocktails I've ever had.
Castor Troy would sip this stuff for hours. Hallelujaaaaaah!
