EH Taylor is a premier bourbon name. This takes the brand to hold its name. Nose: Its very smooth and citrusy on the smell. I like the candy taste that ccomes with it. Front: its a but oily, yet it smooths out super fast to bring open the nose flavor. Middle: The middle opens up some rye spice and keeps a piece of the smoothe notes of the front. The oils do come over and dillute the flavor a little. Finish: The rye souce opens up more. It ends a little bitter but the citrus comes out, which I appreciate. I aopreciate this very much. Its a staple of bourbon that I do enjoy, and will rotate around EH Taylor a whole lot more because of this Bottle In Bond.
