The smell immediately is of caramel, warm baking spices, in a far distance reminder of some citrus cinnamon. The taste is is the quickiest hint of banana that immediately goes into a sweet baking spice, woody front, the background. Ending in a warm velvety blanket. I think this wood go excellent with warm cocktails and sweet ones aswell definitely one for those cold winter nights by the fire or watching the snow fall.
