For me, this whisky is somehow underrated. Starting on the nose with sweet vanilla, but you could also look for seacoast fire - touches of salt and smoke. What may surprise you is that it develops very well as you leave it to breath - it becomes very light but even more fruity with fresh green apple zest. On the palate it is really light, sweet with vanilla, some honey but also with oaky wood spices. What disappointed is the short finish. Unfortunately, all good flavours disappear really quick. For distiller rating it is something like 3,8/5. But out of 100, it is around 83. 🥃
