Wonderful marriage of vegetal peat and funky over-ripe fruit. Figs, tobacco, smoke, honey and raisins. Sour note on the nose is very nice. 48% is the sweet spot as only a couple drops of water is neeed to open it up. Nice warming medium long finish. Savory throughout.
