Big whiff of apple on the nose, hints of citrus, caramel and smoke. Lots of cinnamon and cherry on the palate with a smooth and pleasant mouthfeel. Caramel and vanilla on the finish mixed with the sweet rum flavors - nothing too lingering. Overall a very nice whiskey - but a little pricey in NC at $49/750ml. Cheers! 🥃
