Day No. 10 I've always seen bottles of Yellowstone on shelves at my locals, but never pulled the trigger. After trying this pour I'm thinking of grabbing one in the future. The typical cinnamon and vanilla nose was prominent here. Perhaps a nutty essence as well. The flavor was very palatable. It started off with toffee and baking spice and changed to a leathery/spicy finish with some toasted oak. The heat was not overwhelming. Overall this was quite enjoyable.
