Sweet, slightly charred pencil shavings on the nose, perhaps sweet herbs. The palate is rich, spicy, and sweet. Cloves and caramel. A nice long finish retains the sweetness and brings additional baking spices and some more herbal notes. The dram balances the heat, spice, and sweetness well.
