Day No.13 Having this neat was an eye opener in regards to the heat. Normally I can take the high proofs well, but this was a bit on the ethanol side. With the higher proof i was hoping for more complexity. There was a plentiful amount of herbal/grassy influence from the nose to the taste. I splashed some water into it which brought this out more yet calmed the flames. In addition to it being more drinkable, i got hints of baking spice. Sometimes these hotter fellas need some cooling off. Case in point. Had a fun time nonetheless.
