I haven't reviewed many bianco vermouths, but this one is an easily available option that is cheap and gets the job done for nearly all classic cocktails. Is it great neat, not really, but its serviceable.
The nose has some spice, honey and elderflower notes. I was expecting it to taste sweet, but it ended up being pretty well balanced, syrupy for sure, but had only a touch of bitterness, along with vanilla and citrus. It finishes with no burn, more elderflower notes and some sweetness.
If you are expecting to drink this neat, I would probably lean more towards Cocchi Americano Bianco, but in cocktails this one will get the job done for sure, plus it's very cheap.
