First sip is light and quite sweet wirh notes of bruleed banana, burnsr espresso beans and vanilla. A light bodied texurre given the age, midpalette adds levels of clove spice and guyana funk, with a spicy, brown sugar and slightly fusile finish. Made to sip, but would siginficantly improve af higher proof
