Nose: anise or licorice, clove and baking spices that reminds of gingerbread and fruity notes. Palate: again that note of anise/licorice that may be coming from the grains (barley and red wheat) and the gingerbread. There's dark fruits here and some woody notes from the cask. Finish: medium-long with baking spices leaving place to a chocolate note
