Aromas of apple, anise (licorice), and bourbon, of course. Mellow bourbon flavors with a hint of green/sour apple. This isn't strongly flavored, so it's good for those new to this, or if looking for something most can enjoy. Rating based on neat sipping. Not a bourbon fan so take review with that in mind.
