Nose: Green grapes, apricot and oak Palate: Sweet and fruity with little hints of spice. Pear tarte tatin. Finish: Instantly evolves from sweet fruit to oaky champagne. Eventually goes back to the caramelized pear flavour. The length is very impressive. I'm not sure I've experienced such an instant contrast from the palate to the finish in any spirit before. It's rather impressive and a bit mind boggling. I'm still relatively new in the world of Cognac but this is easily the most complex one I've tried so far.
