Getting Garam Masala on the nose, but its not carrying through to the taste. Smells fantastic, would be great for baking to be honest. Lots of vanilla. Good sipper if you’re on a mission and go for barrel strength. Nice sweetness to it that might get cloying after 2 or 3, specifically raw clover honey. Finishes surprisingly clean, which for me isn’t surprising for higher proofs.
