Oakiest of oak on the nose. I thought it was my fire pit but just this EC18. But it’s soft on the palate with hints of rye-like spice and Cheerios (dry, no milk). Those flavors blend with a drop of caramel, linger for a short conversation and exchange of pleasantries and then is gone. Just a shadow of those flavors linger slow and low.
